Planning

Event Setup
On the day of your event, we will help with setup by coordinating the arrival and placement of all vendors, including décor, catering, and equipment teams. We ensure the layout matches the event design and that every detail—tables, signage, lighting, and seating—is arranged correctly. We also troubleshoot any last-minute issues, such as missing items or timing delays. By overseeing the entire setup process, we make sure the event space is polished, organized, and ready for guests.
